Extra-brut 2013

This Champagne is extra-brut, we only added 3g/L sugar.

We only make this cuvée when we have a great vintage.

The low sugar dosage allows to highlight some wine qualities, in particular its vinosity and freshness.

It is particularly appreciated as an aperitif but is also the perfect companion for a seafood meal, or a foie gras toast.

Exceptional with oysters.

Brut Rosé

A judicious addition of red wine to this Brut Rosé makes it ideal as an aperitif, and it also pairs well with white meat or a fruity dessert.

We produce our AOC Coteaux Champenois red wine from our old vines in the village of Cumières.

This red wine is fermented and aged in barrels for 8 months. During bottling, we will assemble 10 to 12% of red wine with white (Pinot Noir and Meunier). It gives it a pink petal color, an elegant fragrant bouquet combining floral fragrances, sweets and pastries (cherry pie, cake with candied fruit).

The mouth is particularly lickerish. With a fine texture, it has a very crisp fruitiness.

Cuvée Léa

This Champagne is 100% Chardonnay, harvested in our best exposed plots to obtain maximal texture.

It is aged in oak barrels.

The big barrels of 500L are made with oak coming from our personal forest, behind the winery.

We also use smaller barrels of 225L.

Once settled and pressed, the juice will be directly put in barrels to undergo alcoholic fermentation. Once completed, several manipulations will be performed to put the lees back in suspension and obtain maximum texture and exchange with the wood.

Brut Tradition

Lightweight and balanced, this Champagne is a blend of three grape varieties.

40% of Chardonnay gives it elegance and freshness, 20% of Pinot Noir gives it body and a long finish and 20% of Pinot Meunier provides fruitiness and youth.
